Temporary Workers Needed for Our Daily Operations within LSS

We are currently seeking temporary workers for our daily operations within LSS. We believe in active employee participation where you, as an employee, contribute to your own and others' job satisfaction and success. Together, we create our work environment.

We belong to the care and social administration, which is one of our six administrations in Lidingö municipality. Approximately 800 employees work with us to support our residents in all stages of life. We work with elderly care, social psychiatry, disabilities, and individual and family care. We always put the individual's needs at the center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include providing support, service, and personal care to individuals within LSS. We work based on each individual's individual implementation plan, focusing on participation, influence, and security, with the individual in focus and based on a good approach during daytime hours (Opening hours 8-16 Mon-Fri). For the group we are looking for substitutes for, we work structured with the clients, follow the client throughout the day, and work one-on-one. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a completed and approved high school education relevant to the position, such as in health and care/USK or children and leisure. Alternatively, other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have good computer skills to meet the requirements for social documentation and master Swedish in both speech and writing. You have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health issues, or other work that we assess as equivalent.

The municipality applies individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement.
